Boot Scootin' Boogie (Annual Dance, Dinner, Raffle & Auction) at the Historic Harrison Gym. Dance to the Kelly Hughes Band. Tickets are $35 per person, or $60 for two people. Tickets include dinner, dance, and two drink tickets (must be 21 or older). Proceeds support the 4th of July Fireworks Show, Summer Music in the Park, and flowers at the park.

Fourth of July Fireworks on the waterfront. Fireworks will start at dark, around 9 or 9:30 PM. There will be music in the park during the day, and bands playing at various town businesses.

Old Time Picnic. This is a 3-day celebration, culminating on Sunday with a parade at 10 AM and fun "old time" contests like sack races, baby crawling, nail driving, greased pole climbing, and an obstacle race. 16th Annual Classic Car and Boat Show-n-Shine.
Saturday is the big day this year for both boats and cars. Registration is from 8 am - 11 AM. Show hours from 8 AM - 4 PM. Awards at 2:30 PM.
