Harrison, Idaho Business District in 1917

"Harrison is credited with a population of 1000 people in the last Polk directory. There were Catholic, Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist churches, a bank, hotel, hospital, three sawmills, one shingle mill, electric light plant, water works and weekly newspaper."   Spokane Chronicle, July 21, 1917
